During an already stressful year we also needed to sell our house. I contacted Robyn Kennedy at LJ Hooker Salisbury and told her my story. Her nurturing and professional manner was very soothing and she was exactly the person I needed to help me. As I was quite stressed, I asked Robyn to help me with a check list which she did. Robyn would call me to make sure I was keeping up with it and to keep me informed with our progress. There were repairs we needed to do that didn't fit into our budget. Robyn had a tradesman she knew come out and do a quote. We negotiated and worked out a payment plan to pay for his work which was done very well. The house looked amazing when it was finished. When our house was finally listed with its valuation after the repairs and open for inspections, things went very well thanks to Robyn and her team. Robyn took a difficult situation and made it smooth with her kindness, her knowledge and years of experience. I would happily refer Robyn to anyone I knew who needed help.
